About SHAW Psychotherapy

You’re thoughtful. You’re reflective. You’ve done the best you can with what you’ve been given—and yet, something feels disconnected.

Maybe you’re a woman questioning the future of your relationship. You feel the emotional weight of holding it all together—parenting, work, partnership, mental load—while something intimate and vital within you feels dormant. Maybe you're grieving a lost spark, coping with betrayal, or just no longer recognizing yourself in the life you’ve built. Or maybe you’re a man wrestling with questions no one taught you how to ask: What does it mean to be a good partner? A good father? A man who feels deeply? You feel the pressure to perform, to provide, to stay composed—yet you’re craving something more meaningful, more honest, and more whole.

And underneath it all, there's something deeper: anxiety that won’t turn off, grief that lingers, or a quiet, heavy depression that makes even the simplest things feel hard.

You are not broken. But you may be exhausted from trying to make sense of it all alone.

My Approach

I work with individuals who are ready to explore the grey areas of modern life—the parts that don’t have simple answers.

  • For women, I offer a space to process relationship ambivalence, low desire, identity loss, and the quiet grief of unmet emotional needs. Together, we explore how to honor your needs, your body, and your boundaries—even when that means unlearning the messages you’ve absorbed for years.

  • For men, I create space to reflect on masculinity, intimacy, purpose, and emotional expression without shame or performance. This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you feel more like yourself.

  • For all clients, I support healing from infidelity, navigating intimacy struggles, and rediscovering self in the midst of family life, career demands, and emotional overwhelm.

And throughout this work, I help you gently address the anxiety, depression, and grief that often run quietly in the background—or take center stage when everything feels like too much.

What We’ll Work On Together

  • Understanding and recovering from infidelity and relational betrayal

  • Exploring low libido, sexual disconnection, or a loss of intimacy

  • Untangling relationship uncertainty and patterns of emotional labor

  • Redefining masculinity, purpose, and identity in today’s world

  • Balancing career, parenting, and personal identity without losing yourself

  • Managing the mental and emotional workload that goes unseen but felt deeply

  • Addressing anxiety, depression, and grief woven into all of the above

This Is a Space for You

Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or cliché advice. It’s about curiosity, clarity, and compassion. It’s about finding your voice again—whether you’ve lost it in a relationship, a role, a season of life, or expectations that no longer fit.

If you're ready to explore your story, your identity, and your next steps with intention, I’m here.
